I’ve always loved a challenge, and when someone told me women can’t do pull-ups (not true), I started working with Albert Matheny IV to prove the naysayers wrong. We all have to make and escalate decisions. When there are multiple options, use a traffic light to evaluate the options against your criteria. Thanks to Guy Rosen who taught us all to use traffic lights to organize our decision-making, and in doing so make better decisions. #product #productmanagement #productivity
