WALKING WITH CONFIDENCE There are times we, ladies, must take a look at how we walk and our posture. Are you walking upright? Are your feet aimed in the direction you're walking? Are you demonstrating confidence when you're walking? Keep in mind, there are always exceptions when medical conditions are at play. However, in general, a lady walks upright with her feet aimed forward at all times. CONFIDENCE! #etiquette #refinement #graceful #tylerperry #tylerperrystudios #tylerperrymovies #tylerperrystageplays

When you make the decision to go commando, your skin will be able to unwind and express gratitude. We constrict ourselves into tight clothes, which leads to all sorts of nasty skin issues like rashes and irritation. Breaking out of it and letting your skin breathe feels liberating. #like #gratitude #wtnxt #sleepbetter #healthcare https://lnkd.in/dmjyUEeU

Licensed Dental therapist | Healthy lifestyle advocate | I help young people maintain oral health and hygiene to their old age so they can enjoy their favorite adequately and boost their self-confidence with a smile.
She: My breath stinks, I recently noticed how people behave around me when I open my mouth, what do you think could be the cause? I asked several questions to arrive at what could be the likely cause of the bad odor. Because mouth odor can be caused by other factors aside from poor oral hygiene and that's why it is best to consult a professional. I noticed she had deposits from the pictures she forwarded to me, then I told her to go for Scaling & Polishing. She said she couldn't afford to pay for that now, asking what she could do for now to reduce the odor. I shared some things with her, which included FLOSSING. Yes! I told her to perceive that floss after flossing, she would see why it is important to floss, even if you brush twice a day. She did that and sent me this 👇 She feels better even though she hadn't gone for her scaling and polishing. This is for you, who still think flossing is not necessary. It can make a whole lot of difference in the way your mouth smells and tastes. I hope you embrace flossing today. Not just because of one day which is Valentine's Day, but because of your health, Your confidence, and the society. PS: If you feel your breath is not all that nice, send a DM, let's talk. Don't worry, I won't tell Amaka you stopped by. ☺️ #linkedin #oralhealth #dentalcare #feedback

🎶 This cold season, resist the urge to cough - try HUMMING instead! 🤧 Although it's an automatic habit, coughing and clearing your throat can damage your vocal cords over time. 🧑🎤 Humming is a much less abrasive, and much more effective alternative to removing phlegm off your vocal folds. ⚙️ How this works: Inside your voice box (or trachea), you have two vocal cords right next to each other. They operate like a stringed instrument, and they vibrate to make sound. Humming, or vocalizing of any type, causes your cords to vibrate, which flicks phlegm off the cords. When you cough it bangs the cords together aggressively which also flicks off phlegm, but can cause callouses otherwise known as vocal nodules over time. Although gentler, humming is more effective because it lasts longer than a cough, so it will vibrate the cords longer and remove more moisture. A cough only lasts a second. 🎤 If you found this helpful, head to alignedvoice.co for more voice resources 💻 #healthytips #naturalremedies #vocaltissues #phlegmremoval #gentlealternatives #vocalsupport #vocalwarmup #vocalhealth #singingtips #speakingtips #clearyourthroat #vocalcare #hummingtherapy #bettervocals #voicecare #phlegmenemy #hummingworks #voiceprotection #healinghums #speechimprovement #vocalstrategies #smoothvoicetips #healthyhabits #vocalcoaching #positivevoicecare #alignedvoiceco #speakingskills
