In the corporate world, it's easy to get caught up in the mindset that everything is a competition and that we need to withhold information to get ahead. But in reality, when we work together and share knowledge, everyone benefits. Think about it: by helping a colleague succeed, we're not only fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, but we also open ourselves up to new learning opportunities. When we share our insights and experiences, we contribute to a culture of growth can uplift everyone. In my own journey, I've found that the times when I've reached out to assist a teammate or shared what I know have often led to my own growth and success.
