I didn't even know a Customer Rage Survey exists 😯 "Even with billions invested in technologies like chatbots, people are still fed up with customer support services. Just look at the National Customer Rage Survey, which came out in March. It shows that 74% of Americans say that they experienced a product or service problem during the past year. The survey even revealed that 43% yelled or raised their voice at customer reps. This compares to 35% in 2015."
