Our agents asked for better internal communications, so we switched to Slack and are building a custom Slack bot to handle complex communication tasks. Our agents asked for quicker access to pertinent tools so we built a mobile web app to give agents instant access to education materials, lending tools, internal resources, and more. 🌱 GROWTH As the largest Compass team in Colorado (55+ agents), we are hiring! Out of the box, our team comes with Compass branding, Zillow partnership, and extensive training. The journey of most successful real estate agents looks like this: 1. Do everything themselves in the beginning. 2. Begin building an external team of partners to increase their value and handle more volume. 3. Build extensions of themselves (build a team of agents) to multiply. 4. Shift focus from transaction to training their agents 5. Hire internal team to service volume and fill their weak spots. 6. Burn through agents every 6months-2years and repeat the endless cycle.
