2️⃣ Flexible Work Arrangements: Flexibility is key. Offering flexible work arrangements empowers parents to seamlessly manage the transitions between pickups, drop-offs, and their professional responsibilities. It's a win-win for everyone.
3️⃣ Caring Leadership: Let's encourage our leaders to parent publicly. It's okay to pause work to focus on family when needed. Leading with empathy means recognizing that life happens, and it's perfectly acceptable to address it openly.
