Leadership – Clarity – High Performance
These three attributes – Leadership, Clarity, and High Performance - describe my last five weeks traveling across the globe meeting with physicians, attending congresses, and joining our MicroVention kick-off meetings.
I believe MicroVention is well positioned for continued success based on:

- Clarity – we are speaking with one voice globally to deliver one message to ensure our Associates are aligned on what matters most to our customers and to our product pipeline.
- High Performance – we continually push and challenge one another to be better than we were yesterday. This allows us to not only meet our business objectives, but to ensure innovation remains in our DNA at MicroVention.
I have full confidence in our 3,800 Associates around the world that are skilled in their functional areas, committed, and passionate about what they do. We are operating as ONE TEAM to design, develop, and commercialize the best solutions to advance patient care.
