Training works well for disseminating established skills that address known problems. It doesn't work well where problems are still being determined, such as with #AI, and the skills are undeveloped. Novelty, in other words, demands creativity. It is simply not negotiable. https://lnkd.in/gSgpapkd

My key takeaway is that as a next step the industry needs to figure out where AI can improve productivity... that means understanding the details around the use cases as well as the associated products, services and business models that support the use cases.
Only then we can up our game!
