Roll up, roll up for Game Club - Wednesday 11th Oct 4pm BST (UTC+1).
OK - no actual dice rolling involved, because this month's featured game is Azul - a surprisingly knotty strategy game of open-drafting and pattern building.
Last month's Game Club (Pandemic) was a blast, so why not pop-along to see how we tease out all the potential game-based learning goodness out of commercially available games? It's great for GBL professionals and anyone who wants to find out more about what makes games tick.
𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 works like a book club, but with added meeples,
and dice,
and cards.
Come and join us on the 11th Oct. 𝗮𝘁 𝟰𝗽𝗺 𝗕𝗦𝗧 (𝗨𝗧𝗖 +𝟭).
It's a monthly (semi) structured discussion, designed to get under the bonnet of commercially available (board) games - to see what we can learn from them to inform our practice.
It's best if you've had a chance to play the game fairly recently - Board Game Arena is your best bet if you don't own the game, or can't get a quorum together to play.
But don't worry if you can't - there'll be people there who have.
Book your place now.
