Imagine learning on the job without being on the job. Teams are using virtual reality to give new employees life-like practice without real-world risks. And, since 70% of retained learning comes from hands-on experience, it’s been nothing short of a game changer for the future of work. Tell us about how you’re making training safer and more effective for your workers below. #futureofwork #virtualreality

Imersifi has created virtual simulations to deliver hands on, critical, training across engineering and healthcare. The simulations run standalone thanks to the power of the Quest ecosystem!

Chez Fire Pro VR, we fully embrace the vision of transforming the future of professional training through virtual reality. Our solution, Fire Pro VR, is tailor-made to deliver immersive and risk-free fire safety training by leveraging the power of both virtual reality and augmented reality to simulate extremely realistic emergency fire scenarios. Experience-based learning is at the heart of our approach. With Fire Pro VR, employees are immersed in situations where they must react to virtual fires, make critical decisions, and use fire extinguishers in a controlled environment. This method not only ensures a 70% retention rate of learning, as highlighted, but also significantly boosts employees' confidence in their abilities to respond effectively in emergencies. The safety of our employees is paramount, and Fire Pro VR provides them the opportunity to practice as much as needed without exposure to real dangers. This approach reduces the risk of accidents during training and better prepares employees for real-life emergency situations. I so want to do this but it frustrates me that there's no easy way to scan an environment, import it to VR and then label it with data (icons, videos, audio, documents). It seems like such an obvious application of the quest 3

For more than 7+, we've been working hard to improve our VR training solutions for industrial enterprises and make VR training modules more accessible and mass-adopted, all thanks to Meta for Work
