When it comes to coffee, every sip counts. It's a thoughtful activity - you're fully engaged, paying attention to every detail. We understand the importance of valuing every little thing, just like each small sip contains a world of flavor to explore: that is what “Passion for excellence”, one of our Group's shared values, also means for us. So take a moment to truly savor your coffee ☕ Sip by sip, a world unfolds.

So many aspects of modern life are about speed, efficiency, and convenience. Coffee is one of them. But for me, coffee is now the opposite. It's my place to slow down. Mid last year I decided to get myself a Turkish cezve. I knew that it made good coffee. But I didn't realise quite how positive and impact it'd have on my approach to coffee as a whole. Making a coffee has turned into a 20 minute process for me. And, surprisingly, I love it. You see, the cezve makes coffee a ritual. It's not quite a simple as pour in some water, press down a plunger, and off you go. Instead, it's a far more involved process. Coffee has become a time in my day where I can stop and shut away the noise of the outside world for a time. It's a time for me to reflect, to think, and to slow down. I thoroughly recommend it.

The Coffee Conundrum: A Lesson in Perception Have you ever noticed that coffee can taste different depending on the cup you drink it from? Same coffee, two different cups. It's a curious phenomenon, isn't it? This might just be a matter of perception, influenced by the visual and tactile cues the cup provides. This concept extends beyond just coffee. In our interactions with people, we often perceive situations differently based on external "packaging" or impressions. Just like the coffee, the essence remains the same, but our perception changes based on the "cup" it's presented in. So, the next time you judge a situation or a person based on the first impression, pause and think: Are you tasting the coffee or judging the cup? By the way, it's the grey cup that delivers the worst taste, not sure why but hey I clearly have made a mental picture of the grey cup not being for me so is always last out cupboard #PerceptionMatters #CoffeeThoughts #FirstImpressions
