𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭: 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 💥   sigmaCP offers an unprecedented view of 90% of the crop protection market worldwide. Today, we're pleased to share harvest year '23 highlights from this month’s data release across five countries.    📊 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚: over the last 10 years, despite a nearly -10% decline in cropping area, the crop protection market grew by more than +6% mainly due to an increase in insecticide and growth regulator use.   📊 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝: On all fronts, the crop protection market value grew by more than 20%. Winter wheat, OSR and corn account for more than half the total market.   📊 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐚: The crop protection market is contracting, and now falls below the 2019 market value. The main drivers include negative growth for herbicides (Bolivia's highest value sector), declining product prices, and lower product volume use.   📊 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐚: 2023 saw continued positive growth. Following the trend of the past five years, Columbia saw an increase of +7.5% in value and +8.1% in price of crop protection products. Nearly 50% of the market is represented by herbicides, with glyphosate-based products approximately 30% of that.    📊 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐮: 2023 saw double digit growth, exclusively driven by average price increases of +22%.
