Last week, the Taktile team came together in Berlin for an unforgettable onsite experience. During our Culture & Values session, we unveiled something special – a new core value: "Execute to Win" As a team, we delved into the various forms of “winning”, recognizing that it encompasses many things: relentlessness, teamwork, diligence, creativity, consistency, growth… the list goes on! Some key themes that emerged: - Winning is more than just the big victories; it's also about celebrating the small wins along the way. - To win more, we must embrace the lessons from setbacks. After all, it's through these experiences that we gain the knowledge and resilience necessary to achieve our goals. We wrapped up the session with a fun and challenging tower-building exercise that reminded us how innovation and creativity often lead to unexpected victories and that collaboration is the key to reaching new heights. Today, we were privileged to host the remarkable Mike King at Serko Ltd., where he delivered a profound discourse on vulnerability and the essence of being a Good Human—coincidentally, one of Serko's newly instated Guiding Principles. In the context of a corporate or organizational environment, embodying the traits of a good human entails a myriad of qualities. It means fostering a culture where individuals genuinely care for one another, where empathy reigns supreme, and where the rich tapestry of diverse perspectives and backgrounds is not just acknowledged but celebrated.
