Value can be seen as a collective conception of what is desirable Attracting employees is not Black Magic, it is all about the work and attention you give yourself to get so valuable. Proverbs 12:11: "A hard-working farmer has plenty to eat, but it is stupid to waste time on useless projects." To be valuable "You Must Be Scary Good At What You Do" You can attract employees by: 1. Building On Your Strength: When you work on your strengths, be smart about it. Take the time to know your inner values, beliefs, strengths, and weaknesses.
