5moI would always tell my students how much I still continued to learn every day as an adult and teacher. They were always interested when I was gone for a day and returned to tell them that I learned something new. I had to set an example for them and it was also a good example for myself. I am always on different platforms taking quick professional development courses. You have to use a Growth Mindset to find opportunities to learn and grow.
