We’re sharing Project Astra: our new project focused on building a future AI assistant that can be truly helpful in everyday life. 🤝 A universal agent has to understand and respond to the world like people do. Over the past few years, we've been working to improve how our models perceive, remember, reason and converse to make the pace and quality of interaction feel more natural. This project makes it easier to envision a future where an expert helper is by your side through glasses or other wearables. Some of these capabilities are coming to Google products, like the Gemini app, later this year.
