Steve Jobs handling a tough question at the 1997 Worldwide Developer Conference. He had just returned to Apple as an advisor and was guiding sweeping change at the company. A great lesson no matter how I look at it, first I see the arrogance and ego of the technician to want to redicularize the founder of Apple in a conference, claiming that he did not know Java in depth, I think he is a fool not to understand that what he knew was what kept him in this job, that he has been hired to develop his knowledge in the company and not to want to run it. Normally it is easy to tell the CEO or the General Manager how to fix the company or this or that, but if we do our job well and we are aware that not all of us have the same knowledge but this is the strength of our company, then we are on the right path to excellence.
