The ABCs of your basic message campaign 🔤 Whether it's a marketing offer, appointment reminder, or any sort of promotional campaign, it should look like this from your customer's point of view: 👉 Registered Sender ID So your customer knows who this message is from. 👉 On-brand links Keep your links branded and consistent to the very last detail. Do not use shortened links like #bitly or #tinyurl as these are prone to fraud and scams. 👉 Clear messaging Keep your language clear. Let your customers know how you will communicate with them. 👉 Opt-out link You asked for consent, so you must provide a way out too.
