1moI wish to inform you that the company Hello Fresh is totally ignoring “Natasha’s Law” in the U.K. and has and is endangering the life of my wife and others. My wife cancelled her subscription after receiving a food box which contained alergens that could have killed her - despite specifying these on her subscription. Despite this she was then informed that another box was on its way .. which on research she has found also will contain alergens which could kill her. She phoned Hello Fresh who said they could not cancel the delivery (scheduled for 5th May .. 4 days in the future) and offered her £10 off her next delivery! Hello Fresh and its employees are therefore breaking the law in the U.K. and showing a complete disregard for their legal obligation to protect people with food allergies - people like my wife. It seems profit is being prioritised over safety and legal obligations.
