At Embrace Any Future, we are dedicated to providing knowledge and coaching to help advance women as they strive to reach their full financial potential. Employees and leaders create value through their creative solutions, expanded capabilities, and influential connections. In exchange, companies compensate them. Just as businesses routinely review their enterprise contracts to ensure the pricing reflects the market value of the services, employees and leaders should routinely do the same. They too create value and should review whether the compensation received reflects market pricing.
