What a great quote from Rodrigo Vinicius de Jesus at last year's Food 4 Future event: "If we don't have data, we can't measure, and if you can't measure, you don't know what's happening to your body" I would argue that this is the same for any situation and that the word 'body' can be replaced with e.g. 'lab', 'manufacturing plant', or 'supply chain' - Let's just say '#FoodBusiness' for now 🍽 ...
