#Hiring: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager: Credit Enhancement and Learning Agenda to lead two new strategic initiatives, including: • A member-facing Credit Enhancement offering, with a goal of measurably improving members’ credit scores at the main credit bureaus. A successful candidate will be comfortable navigating a small, cross-functional team towards a Minimum Viable Product in 2025 and using their #productmanagement toolbox to elicit constructive feedback from members, staff, and external industry players, synthesize this quickly into requirements, prioritize the resulting features, and incorporate them into a cyclical process of continuous improvement. • A learning agenda around member outcomes, managing the relationship with a 3rd party research firm. This work, which will follow a Financial Diaries methodology, aims to understand both qualitatively and quantitatively the relationship between business finances, personal finances, material hardship, and several other outstanding questions emerging from a previously conducted Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT). I am eager to hear your insights and advice on navigating this change, especially given the current climate. While my experience in banking has equipped me with a strong foundation in compliance and lending, I feel a deep desire to explore roles where I can directly impact customer satisfaction or provide vital support virtually. Customer success, with its focus on building relationships and exceeding client expectations, or a virtual assistant position, which empowers individuals and businesses remotely, resonate strongly with my career aspirations. However, I am aware that transitioning from banking to these fields may present certain challenges.
