The Healthcare Facilities Network kicks off the week from the ASHE Annual 2023 conference in San Antonio. Here we discuss a question that we were asked by attendees of the conference. It is a fair question. We answer it by providing some recent candidate and organizational stories that are indicative of today's market, as well as the importance of relationships in achieving success in candidate recruitment and retention. A mea culpa, if you will. The video from 1:37, where a question is asked, to 1:48, where an answer is given, seems not to make sense. If you watch and if you are still confused, the answer is yes. A strange way to say yes, but yes it is! And if you were not in San Antonio for the Annual, we overlay the sights and sounds of the city over our discussion.

Anyone going to @HLTH next month - or one of the other many #HIT conferences in the coming weeks? Here are some great tips to consider!
Attending healthcare conferences is an investment for your company. Balanced against the costs of travel, lodging and registration are the opportunities to make valuable connections, showcase your company and learn more about the industry. Accomplishing those goals requires a plan to get the maximum benefit from your two to three days at the conference. At Amendola, our public relations experts boast decades of combined experience planning strategy and executing performance across a wide range of healthcare trade shows, from HIMSS and HLTH to RISE and ViVE. Heading to HLTH next month? So is Amendola! Drop us a note if you'd like to set something up with our team. 😉 https://lnkd.in/gp8-WSG2 I #HLTH23 #HLTH2023 #DigitalHealth #HealthcareConference #HealthIT

I'm really looking forward to attending the NHS Confederation Conference next week. The NHS market has been extremely challenged for a number of months now, but we are seeing the first signs of movement in the recruitment market as systems and trusts start to focus on the delivery of efficiencies and wholesale transformation of services to meet the future demands on the services provided. It will be great to catch up with my NHS contacts (and meet new ones!) during this significant event. It's always inspiring to see the dedication and hard work of the healthcare professionals who are the backbone of our NHS. In these uncertain times, I'm looking forward to hearing the innovative plans that will shape the future of our healthcare system. The NHS Confederation Conference provides a platform for insightful discussions and sharing of ideas that will help propel the NHS forward. From groundbreaking technology advancements to transformative strategies, this conference promises to be an enlightening experience. If you are interested in a chat while I'm there about how I might be able to help your organisation find, secure and retain the best talent in the market, or indeed help you personally to find your next permanent or interim role, please drop me a message or give me a call.
