I'm really looking forward to attending the NHS Confederation Conference next week. The NHS market has been extremely challenged for a number of months now, but we are seeing the first signs of movement in the recruitment market as systems and trusts start to focus on the delivery of efficiencies and wholesale transformation of services to meet the future demands on the services provided. It will be great to catch up with my NHS contacts (and meet new ones!) during this significant event.
