Quantum Computing is at its very beginnings as an industry. While there continues to be rapid development it is critical at this stage to create a more inclusive foundation that will expand what becomes possible. Join us for a discussion with Member Leader Pravir Malik, Ph.D. and Guest Speakers Alan Baratz, Paul Lipman, and Dr. Steve Flinter to explore not only how these boundaries are already being redefined, but where such redefinition may lead. "Natural systems differ from computers in several ways: they typically do not distinguish between computing and memory elements, incorporate noise, and do not operate in discrete time intervals. The program seeks to embrace these principles to improve AI hardware efficiency." Working on computing, hardware at the neuromorphic or quantum level, then get in touch with Suraj Bramhavar from Advanced Research + Invention Agency. #natureinspiredinnovation #innovation #biomimicry
Our Programme Director, Suraj Bramhavar, has formulated ARIA’s first programme thesis — the shape of a programme in development at ARIA, derived from his broader Opportunity Space. By challenging key tenets underpinning our digital computing infrastructure, Suraj’s programme will aim to provide computer architects with the toolkit to realise AI compute hardware at 1/1000th the cost of today’s platforms. Suraj will soon be launching a funding opportunity from this emerging thesis. Find out more and register your interest here: https://lnkd.in/eH9uVUiC

Enterprise Architect. AI. AGI. Clinical Science. Mergers and Acquisitions. Supply-Chain. Retail. Finance. Data Science. Automated Change Delivery
This thesis EXACTLY matches the goal of our Reseach and Development in 'AI' scale limit and constraint analysis and has our exact next goal. We already have two approaches in demand forecasting and Large Lanaguage Models that reduce below 1% of processor or storage. We mentioned our Goal some months ago right here on LinkedIn that our AI or Better Than AI products would be driven by the 1/1000th goal. 1000 is ten orders of magnitude or roughly 2 to the power of ten. That's beyond the market disruption bar by at least six orders of magnitude When we understand the call stack equivalent space of AI and why it has to do with the algorithm HASHLIFE re: cellular automata of John Conway's Game of Life, we will realise that had we come to this technology earlier, we would have been constrained by processor clock speed, memory size, disk capacity, and bus transfer rate. THIS is where that 1,000 starts. There's more than three zeros room to science the everything out of this. Matt Clifford has knocked it out of the park with his communication and role in this area. Ten out of ten job. And Number 10 for orchestrating. Rishi Sunak can be proud that these steps will benefit the UK in so many ways for so many years. Happy Days. #ai #agi #innovation
