Why is it very hard to find the right employer on LinkedIn? many companies are posting we are hiring but no one is hiring. is this platform only for review of posts it is disappointing to all job seekers? my concern is that good companies are hiring people from agencies even if people are unlikeable or unfit fit for the position but in this platform if there are people who are capable and able to do the things they do not believe in the person. please let the person prove himself. the companies are believing agencies but not to the right people. all jobseekers have the abilities and capabilities to be perfect but they just need a chance and a little bit of training. even for the position of housekeeping people are asking for graduation and more years of experience. let people work in your organization then if the people are not capable the employer has the right to terminate the contract. people are in this platform are seeking jobs not only reviewing the posts. I may talk a little more but this is the reality of the platform. my mentality is the right people should be in the right place. thank you everyone for the time to review this post.....
