100% culture is not the snacks in the kitchen or the free lunches. A people first culture is treating your employees with respect, listening to their voices, allowing them to be a valued member of your organization and not just a bum in a chair or a number on a file. If a company touts itself as having a top notch culture observe how they treat their people. If they don’t treat their employees well and with respect it will show. As the saying goes, when someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.
