This message was sent to your CEO on DM on 24th April NO RESPONSE by request of my son Charlie. Dear David, I am writing to you as my son Charlie who is 10 had his Roblox account hacked. I have been in touch with your customer support team who have told me that due to the account details being changed they have no way of helping us. I am really disappointed and have voiced this to them. My son has spent his birthday money and any other spare pocket money has has which he works hard for and for this to be stolen from him and then to be told sorry but nothing we can do it’s quite shocking. I have escalated with a supervisor who has repeated the same line that no information is on the account so cannot help. This is UNACCEPTABLE. As there has been many bank transactions/subscriptions over the years as well as being able to say what games were played last etc - ( too many hours ) I would expect there to be a a way to help. I appreciate you are a CEO of a huge company and busy man but the customer is always key and in this case my 10 year old son is that customer. As you can imagine my son is beside himself and feels very let down by a platform had grown to love over the years. I look forward to hearing from you.
Confused as to why there is an emphasis on hitting $11 billion in revenue. Seems a bit of a stupid goal when you put it next to becoming the defining enterprise software company. Achieving the latter will probably make the company print money closer to $20 or $30bn
