This must be the vision and the attitude when working in the area of reliability. Let's see, the technology of auxiliary equipment in industry has come to leverage our processes and give greater precision in decision-making, but it is important to be clear that problems are solved on the basis of solid knowledge, that is, through facts and data.
That's why I'm sharing a simple report that is making a big difference within the processes of a high-level industry. This document goes to the base, where it gives the technician clarity about the implications of an activity that is carried out following the correct execution standard procedure.
The big problem in managing a technical team is that, we hand over tasks and don't make it clear what the impact of poor execution of those tasks. Our aim is for each technician to be autonomous enough to be able to measure the impact of a job poorly done, once we have worked on managing their knowledge and skills.
