Had a great time speaking at Harvard Law School today about Taylor Swift, Taylor’s Versions, and music copyright. Thanks to Chris Bavitz and the IP Law Association.

I have a rule in the Data Analysis in the Music Industry class that I teach at NYU: no homework assignments can be done on Taylor Swift. She is just too much of an outlier to the way the rest of the industry operates.
