Congratulations!! This is an area that is, in context, inexpensive, does no harm, provides benefits for life, transcends age, demographic and holds immense promise for: *Longevity and healthy aging *Brain health and mitigating decline *Chronic diseases and what we call “the cascade of miseries” *Population health writ large It’s not the magic pill (or shot) that people think. It’s the jumpstart lift into healthy habits and knowledge to empower informed and sustainable behavior shift. If we’re successful as a Nation, we will see, interestingly, a waning away from miracle drugs as the end-all be-all lifetime relationship. And rather a nuanced, personalized set of strategies that include meds, coaching and counseling, education and empowerment, community connection and self-reinforcement through success and progress.
