🌟 Behind the Scenes at PAICON 🌟 They say a team that has fun together, stays together! That's why every other week, we step away from our desks and come together for our biweekly #Donabie event — a blend of friendship, competition, and celebration. 🏓 #TeamBuilding: Our table soccer battles are more than just games; they're a metaphor for our collaborative spirit and our drive to achieve collective goals. 🍕 #WorkLifeBalance: Sharing pizza represents the sharing of ideas, where the diversity of our thoughts and strength of our strategies are discussed. 🍷 #Community: Raising a glass of beer or wine is our toast to the successes we've achieved and the challenges we've overcome together. This casual gathering isn't just about fun; it's a vital part of our identity. It fosters a culture of openness, encourages a healthy work-life balance, and keeps us united as a team. #LifeAtPAICON #CompanyCulture #WorkLifeBalance #Teamwork #EmployeeEngagement

Tuesdays are very busy at the Huntingdon Head Office. Although AW is a hybrid business, Tuesday is the day that the media, marketing, and communications teams try to get together in person. This can often mean a bit of a scramble to sit together as a team. Today, it wasn’t possible for me to sit directly with my team, so I grabbed a seat in the hot desk area, cracked on with calls and meetings and tried to avoid carbs in the canteen. My headphones had died earlier in the day, and as I procrastinated trying to solve a headscratcher of a problem, I noticed that I had inadvertently started tab-hanging on to some unknown colleagues' conversations. I had no idea what their names were or what department they were from, but what drew me in was how much both of these people were praising other people in their team. They were explaining in detail how these team members had had the right attitude, skills, and mindset, and although I didn’t have a clue about what it related to, it was one of those moments where I felt really proud of random colleagues I would never meet. I didn’t intend to zone in on an unknown colleague's conversation, but I’m glad to work for an organisation that openly champions other people with gusto and pride. Sitting somewhere new today opened up a new perspective. What a nice start to 2024. #teamwork

Your go-to Digital Marketer, business coach and Social Media Strategist! Together we can elevate your digital game and conquer the online world!
Your team is more than just a group of people who work together. They are also your friends, your support system, and your source of inspiration. That's why it's important to nurture a strong sense of community among your team members, both online and offline. Here are some ideas to help you do that: - Make time for fun. Schedule regular breaks from work to have some fun with your team. Whether it's a virtual game night, a group chat, or a video call, find ways to laugh and relax together. No work talk allowed! - Share a meal. Nothing brings people together like food. Plan a weekly team lunch or dinner, either in person or online, where you can enjoy each other's company and share stories. You can even order food from the same place or try a new cuisine together. - Do something different. Break the routine and try something new with your team. It could be a team-building activity, a volunteer project, or a hobby you all share. Doing something different will help you bond over a common interest and learn more about each other. - Show appreciation. Don't forget to say thank you and acknowledge your team's achievements. Celebrate their successes, big and small, and show them how much you value their work and contribution. A simple message, a card, or a gift can go a long way in making your team feel appreciated and motivated. Building a sense of community among your team is not only good for their well-being but also for your business. A happy and connected team is more productive, creative, and loyal. #TeamCommunity #HappyTeamHappyBusiness #WorkHardPlayHard #TeamBuildingTips #OnlineOfflineConnection #TeamAppreciation #FunWithTeam #TeamBondingIdeas

This mornings meeting ended in slightly different manner to usual. To brighten our Monday the team in the office had a paper plane contest! It took a mere 10 minutes from start to finish but it boosted the mood for the second half of the day. Sometimes it’s the simplest things that bring the most joy. Can you guess which one went the furthest? Let us know your thoughts in the comments. #agencylife #teambuilding #mondayfunday #teamculture
