In principle, the essence of democracy means the sovereignty of the people, in this case the members, where the members hold full sovereignty. Integrity is basically honesty and is a solid foundation for a sovereign leader. The Indonesian Women's Catholic Congress which is held every 5 years is a national leadership education, one of which is selecting a candidate for the highest leader (Presidium) whose candidates are proposed by the branches through the DPD. How should organizations prepare national leadership cadres to face various challenges and opportunities in the era of globalization?

Thought the message below was a great example of humility and rapport building.... something that we also need to focus on. Foreign Minister Wang Yi exited his car to meet his Singapore counterpart Dr Vivian Balakrishnan. He noticed that Balakrishnan was not wearing a tie. Wang Yi then removes deftly his tie without missing a beat - with his aide behind him doing the same. China is far more powerful than Singapore - yet you can show humility, which can do wonders in creating ease and rapport even before you start your meeting. Humility is the centric for all great leadership.
