I am proud to say that we contributed to the growth 😂 Ellie Mertz

The key figure you’ve neglected to mention is revenue per property. MASSIVELY down. But you know, whatever the marketing wants to say, they do.

Maybe with your numbers doing so well you can hire more people and have better customer service. It's impossible sometimes to get someone on the phone and increasingly frustrating being put on hold. In addition hire people from this country who are easily understandable. In the middle of a busy day repeating yourself over and over again gets on the nerves and none one wants to be rude. In the beginning years you guys got a free pass but come on. Your grown ups now and no longer a start up. Haven't you figured out that customer service is the key to any company.

Congrats - I’d like to hear as much if not more about the benefit to the employees and consumers as Airbnb outlined in 2018 on benefiting all stakeholders. 🙌 Airbnb committed to research showing in the evolution of human collaboration that we are moving from shareholders as a single purpose to something larger. This evolution involves prioritizing all stakeholders from the consumer to all employees. Groups like Morning Star and Patagonia are leading the way.

Incredible. I would've thought people will be spending less on airbnb and hotels, or travel in general, now in the face of post-ZIRP crisis 🤔

As an Airbnb host, this is exciting news! Strong Q1 for Airbnb indicates a continued rise in travel demand. Are you seeing this trend reflected in your bookings? #airbnb #travel #hospitality
