On Saturday, April 27th, a delegation from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of the United States of America visited us at Eataly Torino Lingotto, on the occasion of the 2024 G7 Ministers' Meeting on Climate, Energy, and Environment hosted in Turin. For dinner, the delegation tasted the meals contained in our Surprise Bags for Too Good To Go, the number one app in the world combating food waste. Too Good To Go is present in 17 countries globally with a community of over 90 million users.  Since 2019, we have collaborated with Too Good To Go to save nearly 120.000 meals.  Eataly's Surprise bags are prepared every day with the artisanal food and drinks from our market that are "still too good to be wasted". We will never stop working towards eliminating food waste. #Eataly #EatBetterLiveBetter #MangiMeglioViviMeglio #toogoodtogo

We have the Too Good To Go app in action at Eataly Chicago - I've seen first hand appreciation from people using the app that they can have access to excellent quality fresh products from Eataly at an affordable price that would otherwise likely be removed from the sales floor and discarded. It really brings Eataly to an even wider audience and combats waste at the same time - truly worth the small additional effort as Eatalians.

Congratulations!
