We're gonna need a bigger boat. As part of yesterday's growth kickoff, our entire GTM team split into groups and collaborated for 45 minutes on new product pitches. Then, each group presented for 5 minutes, Shark Tank-style, answering: - Who is this feature/solution built for? - What problem is the customer/prospect facing? - How are they solving this problem today? - How would this feature/solution solve that problem better? - Where could this solution live? - What key metric would this solution improve? It was a great exercise, and each team took it very seriously. However, there could only be one winner, and that was the team of Patty Williams, Hector Fourzan, and Daniel Trevino. Nice work!
