It’s been nearly a week since my duck.com address stopped sending or forwarding mail, and I haven’t received a response yet from your support team. It’s disappointing that this service can be down for an entire week without any notification or update.
I have been using this feature from back when it was in Beta, so I highly recommend it, plus I would love to be able to use it as an actual e-mail account in the future. 😍

2moIndeed. The level of tracking this company has to do to combat big companies is quite astonishing and disturbing. I currently have over five thousand blocked tracking attempts recorded on my browser. If only I'd known about DuckDuckGo before. It's shocking how much information or data just a single company can collect on just one individual. It's even worse when you consider the activities of many companies, including the usual big names of Apple, Google, Microsoft, and more.
