Atlassian have their own research stand here at #AtlassianTeam24 and it's just so impressive. Kristi Pavlicevic and Benjamin Funayama showed me around the stand and what impressed me so much was the really creative and clever insight generation activities around the booth, all designed to elicit feedback... ... but this ain't your typical "chuck a card in a bowl" kind of feedback activity! The activities have been carefully designed to put the participant into a relaxed, safe and fun state of mind to elicit feedback So, the Atlassian Relationship Therapy that you see in the photo is product improvement feedback but framed as a breakup note. Absolutely brilliant. Very un-corporate and un-enterprise, exactly the right approach imho. There are other activities, including pizza building - with topping representing product features. Just creative ways of getting people to express their needs and pains. I'm such a fan, and I'm hard to impress...! Huge kudos to the research team at Atlassian for doing such an awesome job. I thought I was the only researcher at the conference, so this is now the highlight of my conference so far 🥰🥰🥰
Dr Nick Fine, so glad you met our fine Atlassian Research team & engaged with all they have to offer at #AtlassianTeam24. It's so great when researchers from different organisations can come together.
Amazing to see! 🔥
Wish I could've made it over there too! Maybe next year...!
It was great chatting to you Dr Nick Fine and thank you for the kind words 🙏🙂 I hope you enjoy the rest of your time at TEAM!
