Just a year back, we were figuring out our chances of working WITH the government at district/state level. A crucial aspect of #learning is how it helps children build confidence and takes them through the process of decision making. Additionally, play encourages #social interaction, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, which are critical for developing #autonomy and #resilience. By engaging in play, children learn to navigate their environments and assert their individuality, laying the foundation for a proactive and empowered approach to life’s challenges. at Involve we have been thinking of integrating this aspect in the way kids learn. Does anyone has connects with the senior leadership at HDFC ERGO General Insurance? There is an insurance claim where they are denying the claim stating that the person was under influence of alcohol, when the hospital and the First ambulance doctor has given two letter already that there was no such case.  Even their team online is accepting that there doesn’t seem to be a case of alcohol influence, but they aren’t talking any action.  PS: their claim team is unresponsive. When we began preparing for our Series A last year, we knew we needed to find our tribe once again. Nithin came on board after just a few conversations (a chance meeting), and our talks with SBICAP advanced swiftly. I vividly remember asking Suken if they really wanted to invest in such an early-stage startup like ours. He smiled and said, “We will make it big together.” And now, here we are, poised to amplify our mission of leveraging #robotics and #AI to tackle water and sanitation challenges. There are times when we chose people in our journey of Building organisations and creating impact.  There are also times when people choose you. Pratibha joining us just when covid hit was one such event. We had no clarity at that point what we would do, as the roles of operations lead didn’t exist anymore. Nevertheless, she trusted the decision to still join the organisation and being the person who played a key role in designing a pathway in the chaos.  Seeing her contribute to the progress of the org in literally all domain, to upholding its ethos as times when things were difficult, it was almost a no brainer for me and Samyak to invite her as the co-founder of the organisation. Going forward, she will be leading strategy, fundraising and advocacy in the organisation, while working closely with Samyak and Ashwini on programs, impact, Research, people and governance.  She is also laying the foundation for our #technology team which I believe will be instrumental in scaling and monitoring our program success and people engagement.  With Samyak, Ashwini and Pratibha in the leadership, I am very very excited to push for our mission on building agency in students.  *10 million students in the next 5 years*.

One of the key inbounds for us have been about solving for the blocked drainages and flooding issues in various cities and while it is a challenging problem, our robots have given some hope that we can solve for the same. 

While to continue to push for technology innovation, it is paramount that we ensure that the technology reaches the place it can create most impact. min our pursuit of the same, we are looking for a CSR and partnerships manager who will help us connect with the right corporates, and access that funds to reach the cities and communities that really can benefit from our technology. if you are someone who is a great storyteller and is passionate about technology for social impact, this is the right place for you.
