Since Indeed wouldn’t let me say what I wanted to say on my review about working for Reynolds Consumer Products in Huntersville.
If you are African American and have experience in industrial maintenance, and you get an interview, and get offered a Job.
DO NOT ACCEPT IF THEY OFFER YOU A PM TECH ROLE.
* It will be a bait and switch, and you will be a Dusty Glorified EHO… “Apparently that’s the Reynolds Way.”
* They will sale you a dream about going on the 2-2-3 Schedule; But, it will never happen.
* If you get Multi-craft then by all means. It’s a good group of guys, and Gal.
* Don’t go to HR about anything, they will be all talk no action…
* They talk about Diversity this and that. They are only diverse when it benefits THEM, in my observation.
In Thermo there are two White Navy Guys they hire with 0 “Industrial Maintenance” experience ; And, they got hired for the Multi-Craft roll…
Now, I was supposed get a call from Corporate HR…
Ask me if I heard Anything???

To Indeed A person should be able to write a review about working at a company how ever they want as long is there is no expletives in the review… Especially if it is a true observation…
