Like compound interest... a·tom·ic ....................................................................... əˈtämik 1. an extremely small amount of a thing; the single irreducible unit of a larger system. 2. the source of immense energy or power. hab·it ....................................................................... ˈhabət 1. a routine or practice performed regularly; an automatic response to a specific situation. Definitely some interesting, actionable and useful albeit perhaps oversimplified. Some good anecdotal stories. And nonetheless certainly raises my awareness about thinking about some much needed incremental improvements. PS: This is likely the worst £16.99 that I have spent on a book. I cannot understand how a mainstream publisher, Penguin Random House UK, Penguin Random House UK, allowed this to go to print. Frustratingly it’s fraught with misspelling, missing punctuation, at times terrible kerning and much more. It should be recalled, don’t you think James Clear. #bookclub

Did you read "The Power of Habit" yet? Same topic, but actually a really good book that I recommend reading! (unlike this one)

I like the visuals here as summary / reminders, note there are links to other ideas in the book below - https://creadevlabs.com/summary-of-atomic-habits-the-best-way-to-start-a-new-habit/

Oh no! authors publish with a publisher precisely so that they don't have to worry about typos, kerning and the like. If the publisher doesn't do their job, that is definitely breach of contract. The author should get his rights back and go publish somewhere else.
