O novo menu de categorias da Lojas Renner S.A. tá no ar! I'm thrilled to mention that the 🌟 new category menu 🌟 is out now! Have you ever tried to craft a new menu category? It's not so easy to combine all components gather to reduce the worst friction in that step. Overall, I need to pleasure each team member responsible for each step in this journey. They were amazing! I could measure some of them and get ideas about the research phase until the prototype ideate phase: - Each insight collected after our "guerrilla testing in-store" was the thermometer for the last definitions. To craft the new user interface, we needed to measure which would impact the conversion rates best. It's not an easy decision. - At that point, we could define the Matrix CSD. Which point has a good impact in less time? Which are the certainties, suppositions, and doubts? - How could we reduce the user curve learning? A good idea could be an onboarding or micro tutorial if the new interface is modified totally or partially. - How have the taxonomic and IA been positioned in each category layer? Suppositions every time might appear. Overall, the user and the data could identify the better path we'll need to take. In time, I just was a "sand grain" responsible for conducting a small part of this huge project.
