Ed pay comes out of a different budget, people worry about the wrong things. Be thankful for what YOU receive.

How much does Ed get for his pay raise and what is his annual and salary over the last five or so years? I’d love to see how that money shakes out over the Delta family of employees who actually do all the work to make our traveling lives better.

Delta has gone downhill: My first flight was delayed, which caused me to be late for my next two connecting flights. Had to spend overnight (over 12 hours) in different city, waiting for next available flight and get a hotel. Second connecting flight had to be rebooked at my own expense. When arrived at final destination in foreign country, I was informed that my luggage was lost. I walked out of the plane with nothing except for what was in my pockets. Had to purchase clothing and personal items at the airport. Flight back to United States from overseas had a broken seat which did not recline. I spent 8 hours sitting in vertical position at 90 degree angle. The most frustrating experience was still ahead. I spent countless hours on the phone with customer service , creating complaint cases online, trying to get reimbursed for my expenses . After giving me a runaround, every single complaint case was denied for reimbursement. Delta, you won this one. You won because I am tired of dealing with your sub-par customer service. You can keep what you owe me as reimbursement. But you should know that you’ve lost a long-standing loyal customer for life. I used to only fly delta. Now I’ll do whatever it takes to avoid you.

You will never find a more fair and amazing CEO to work for than this man….I should know. I worked for Delta at LAX for 40 years and loved every minute! $19 an hour with incredible benefits is just a start. There are a million directions you can go if you choose throughout your career. If you are fortunate enough to be hired by Delta you would be a fool to not take the position and prove you are worthy and capable of doing more if you want!! Good Luck!

I’ve said before and I’ll say it again, Ed is to Leadership what Dave Grohl is to Rock Music! Rock in #Delta!

Wow! Only a dollar under the hourly pay for flipping burgers at McDonalds. So, y'all probably still need to pack a sack lunch.

3 years ago I was happy to be accepted as a part-time employee for Delta. I passed all the qualifications but unfortunately couldn’t do the orientation for 2 weeks as I have a full time job elsewhere and couldn’t take the time off to train at Delta. My question…. Has Delta considered the people who would love to join the corporation on a part-time basis that are full time employees elsewhere. I suggested that they offer night trainings or even weekends for people like myself who have full-time employment elsewhere. Because of my prior employment commitment I was unable to complete Delta’s requirement and am so upset I missed the opportunity.. please advise

Not just Delta, but all airlines have a lot to gain from this. During my time in ground operations, one of the most glaring issues was the retention of agents. Not only did it hamper workplace morale and efficiency, but the time and money needed to train a new agent would often be a wasted investment.
