Ready, set, go! After months of preparation, meetings, advertising, selections, and testing, we have officially kicked off the first edition of the IT Talent Academy in Cluj, Romania. The 10 talented individuals we have selected will attend the Talent Academy technical program every day for three months. They will be accompanied by an external technical trainer and our Romanian and Italian colleagues Mariangela Di Luccia, Roberto Mazzocato, Denis Albertini with whom they will learn SAP-related technicalities and the HR team from Romania & Italy (Daniela Camelia Oprea, Florina Cicortas, Maria Giulia Paolucci, Martina Frison) with whom they will learn to develop and manage their soft skills. At the end of the academy, the participants who have particularly stood out with outstanding work will be hired onto the De'Longhi IT HUB Cluj team.
