I am a Leadership and Communications Coach that helps CEOs and Founders say tough things, make hard decisions, and still be likable.
For this Wisdom Wednesday I ask a simple question: Are there areas of your life that need editing? When I think of editing I think of pruning - which is a two part process: the removal of what's dead AND the removal of fruit that may still be healthy. Both of them are essential for you to achieve your fullest potential, but the second half of this process is what many of us successful people can struggle with doing. Letting go of habit that we think are working for us. This was my conflict when it came to my relationship with overwork and rest. Working harder was actually working for me when it came to achieving the professional and monetary success I wanted in my life. So watch today's live and consider what parts of your potential are being held back by broken habits and belief systems. Take a few moments to consider this today. I'd love to hear your answers in the comments below. Grab your copy of my bestselling book: Point Taken: Brilliant Business Advice from Women at the Top via link below (or link in bio) if you are looking for a way to get off this ride too. https://amzn.to/3V0zwkE #restedrebel #Leadership #WednesdayWisdom #coach
