Did you know your brain is a powerful magnet, constantly drawing experiences and outcomes towards you? The catch? It doesn’t distinguish between what you want and what you don’t. It simply brings to you what you focus on. This means if you’re always centered on avoiding the negative, your brain will stay on that track, bringing more of it into your perception. The secret lies in a shift of focus. 🔄 By training your brain to concentrate on what you do want, you set the stage for positive outcomes to find their way to you. It’s not just about avoiding the unwanted; it's about actively seeking the joy, fulfillment, and success you deserve. 🔍 So, how do we retrain our focus? Start small: Each day, dedicate a few moments to visualize the positive outcomes you wish to attract. Be specific. Feel them as if they’re already a part of your life. This isn’t just optimism; it’s a strategy for brain health and overall well-being. Remember, the journey towards attracting positivity starts within your own mind. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together. Your brain is ready to find what you truly desire. Are you? #FocusOnThePositive #MindsetShift #BrainHealth #Neuroencoding #Neurocoaching

You do more of the same, you get the same result! It’s time to change. Stop living in the past. Those old limiting beliefs are keeping you stuck and holding you back #project . It is literally bringing Dis-ease in the mind and body. DrJoe Dispenza, whose research I simply love, adds that You have the biological and neurological machinery to change your genes to new genes that would allow your body to heal. I believe that we all have the innate power, our own Doc within us to heal but we have to make the familiar unfamiliar. Those feelings of guilt, pain, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, illness etc enters the body through the doorway of our past experiences, limiting attitudes and belief systems. Start living in the present moment so that we can feel heightened emotions such a joy, gratitude, kindness, peace and thankfulness. Now merge these emotions with a beautiful intentions of clarity and you project this wonder ness into your future. You visualise and get to the place you want to be at. That’s how you accelerate the manifestation of a life you want. It’s time to Change NOW! Part of my therapy programmes teach my clients deep healing by changing their daily practices. 1) Start Meditating for about 5 minutes a day. 2) Dream about the future and start a vision & achievement board to set your intentions. 3) Live life with elevated emotions- gratitude being a blessed place to start. 4) Destroy the neurons in your brain that is the pathway to your painful past experiences. Neurons you don’t use, you lose. 5) Learn something new regularly- this fires new neutral pathways in the brain. 6) Chant A U M twice a day- these three sounds with send vibrations flowing in your body through your energy points. 7) Develop an open heart so that it can bring about coherence with your brain, filling your body with serotonin, oxytocin (love) and endorphins. It’s enriches your quantum environment in side your body, for every cell. 8)Deal with your past once and for all. Seek professional help to get to the root cause, investigate and install new solitions in the unconscious mind. These are really powerful. So what are you going to start with first? #healnow #LetsChangeTheNarrative #proconscioushealing #heartbraincoherence #rttworks #gutissue #anxietysupport #businessowner #cancerawareness #infertility #PMDD #hearthealth

The brain will always direct you or keep you in a place that is less painful and change feels painful for the brain because anything new is scary to the brain. It signals fear because it's unknown and anything unknown brings uncertainty. The brain doesn't know that the change will benefit you because the language of the subconscious mind is sensations in the body. When we feel excited or fear the physiology is the same in the body and the brain links this to fear. The Glass is Always Full: A Reflection from Toledo, Ohio Tonight, while staying in a hotel in Toledo, Ohio, I stumbled upon a simple yet profound message written in lights on the bathroom mirror: "Technically, the glass is always full." As a psychiatrist, this statement resonated with me on multiple levels. Often, we find ourselves caught in the binary of seeing the glass as half empty or half full, a metaphor for our outlook on life's challenges and opportunities. However, this message invites us to shift our perspective and recognize that, in reality, the glass is always full - half with water, half with air. It's a reminder that even in the absence of what we desire or expect, there's always something present - something we might be overlooking. This concept is not just philosophical but deeply psychological. It encourages us to acknowledge and appreciate the entirety of our experiences - the tangible and intangible, the material and the spiritual, the joys and the challenges. It's a call to embrace a more holistic view of our circumstances, fostering gratitude and a more positive outlook. In our professional and personal lives, this mindset can be transformative. When faced with setbacks or when things don't go as planned, remembering that the glass is always full can help us to see the hidden opportunities and lessons in every situation. It can encourage us to appreciate the unseen resources we have at our disposal - resilience, creativity, and the support of those around us. As we navigate the complexities of the human mind and emotions in our work, let's carry this message with us. Let it remind us to look beyond the surface, to find value in every moment, and to approach our lives and the lives of those we help with a sense of wholeness and possibility. To everyone reading this, remember: No matter how it may seem, the glass is always full. Let's approach each day, each challenge, and each triumph with this wisdom in mind. #Psychiatry #Mindfulness #Perspective #Gratitude #ProfessionalGrowth
