We're on a journey to Net Zero.✅ As part of our commitment to achieve Net Zero emissions by 2040, we have started an ambitious project to remove gas from our business. We have made significant progress through two key projects: ✅The Faraday Project: Across our brands, we're transitioning from gas to electric cooking equipment. Already, 37 locations have made the switch, with 24 more planned this year. ✅The Hot House Project: Two sites are now operating with 0 gas and solely on electricity for heating, hot water, and cooking, with two more sites joining soon. These trials have helped us understand how to reduce our reliance on gas.
