I bought the noise cancelling ear buds and the right one stopped working and I nobody from Bose could help me fix the issue and I wasn't able to send it back. I don't think I will buy another Bose product, the customer service when a product fails is unacceptable.

I regret resorting to LinkedIn for my Bose concern, but having exhausted all alternatives, I seek urgent clarity on resolving my issue. In October 2022, I purchased a Bose Soundbar 900, encountering a "left to right light" issue due to an update glitch. Despite trying various solutions, I had to send it to the Servify authorized service center in Andheri, where efforts failed to rectify the issue. The center proposes a chip board replacement at a cost of 26k, which raises concerns over spending for an update glitch. This challenges my faith in Bose's quality and loyalty to the brand. Moreover, the post-replacement warranty of 90 days adds to the frustration. I seek guidance and assistance here to resolve this matter fairly and restore my trust in Bose's services.
