Meetings, meetings, more meetings… and before you know it, the month's a blur! ️ Recently, I chatted with a leader who shared a powerful tip: review your past month's calendar ruthlessly! Are those meetings aligned with your goals? Were they truly productive? If not, it's time to politely decline and focus on what matters! I tried it, and the time lost in unnecessary meetings was shocking! My "lazy side" craved a simpler solution. With a simple prompt, I asked Copilot to scan my calendar for the past month and identify meetings where I spoke less than a minute or not at all. To my surprise, there were over 12 meetings! These were perfect candidates for Copilot's meeting recap/summary feature! But here's the twist: I also discovered important meetings where I remained silent. Copilot helped me transform that "silent participation" into actionable insights! It pulled key points and created to-do's based on previous discussions, ensuring I'm ready to make an impact next time! Can absolutely vouch for this, having used some of these AI-powered features for a while now to take the fear out of the #fomo in Meetings! I've 2 favorites - (a) Sifting through Meeting Recap first thing in the morning for all the meetings that happened while I was practicing cellular restoration (sleeping) (b) How Copilot saves me from missing an important comment made by someone while I may be busy being distracted from responding to an unavoidable text on my phone.
