Workday Insights via a Workday Reporting Consultant… We recently worked with a rapidly growing tech start-up who were in need of data-driven insights! The client was full of data but didn’t have much structure for actionable insights, and after a conversation we identified that making better use of Workday reports could help them make some more informed decisions. We supplied them with a Workday Reporting Consultant who had 8 years’ experience, has been a Workday Reporting Lead across the Workday HCM suite and created a series of Advanced, Complex, Matrix and Composite reports from scratch. Key point for this client was that this consultant had in-depth experience across data cleaning, improving data accuracy and understands how to identify data quality issues. Over the course of the engagement, the client had some incredible changes. Role: Workday HCM Location: Remote Contract Job Description: · Would be a supplemental resource in the Workday HCM space, working on a variety of projects and configuration elements as needed/prioritized by leaders; in some instances, would need to develop an understanding of the business outcomes required to develop/recommend a technical solution within Workday. · Configuration would be in support of the overall organizational transformation – to include items such as business sector hierarchy design/setup, termination process/severance config, custom fields/org creation and solution design, security set up, business process design/config, etc. · Skills/Qualifications needed · 5+ years Workday HCM advanced config experience (not just Tier 1 support experience) · Knowledgeable in creation of advanced calc fields, condition rules, BP definitions, BP and domain security (does not need to be an expert here, but needs a strong baseline level of knowledge), custom fields & orgs, org hierarchy creation, & custom reports. · Demonstrated skills in application delivery, relationship management, delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration. · Experience working in a complex, global organization. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions. · Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance. · Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.
