1moI'd steer clear of a Honda truck any day; for trucks, reliability is non-negotiable. Yet, here we are, grappling with a safety issue in our Honda car, and Honda's response is nothing short of disappointing. Despite multiple occurrences of the same part failing, Honda remains obstinate in refusing to address the problem. It's a matter of principle, but loyalty seems to hold no sway with them. The Honda we once knew, a paragon of quality and customer care, now feels like a relic of the past. To add insult to injury, they expect us to foot the bill for diagnostics, despite the futility of past tests in pinpointing the intermittent issue. Our repeated appeals for assistance, even to their national customer service, fall on deaf ears. The recurrent failure of the backup camera, with a consistent root cause, underscores their indifference to our safety concerns.
